By accessing or using the SmarterContracts Plugin ("Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Plugin.
2. Registration
To access certain features of the Plugin, you may be asked to register and provide certain personal details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Use of the Plugin
You agree to:
- Use the Plugin only for lawful purposes.
- Not abuse any rate limit restrictions set forth by us.
4. Limitation on Requests
To ensure optimal performance and equitable distribution of resources among users:
- Free tier users are limited to 5 requests per month.
- Paid tier users are rate limited at their advertised rate when requests are made from within ChatGPT itself.
If we detect excessive requests beyond these limits, especially when requests are made from outside of the ChatGPT platform, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Plugin.
5. Fees
Certain features of the Plugin may require payment. All fees are non-refundable and payable in advance unless otherwise stated.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Modifications to Terms and Plugin
We reserve the right to change these Terms or to modify any features of the Plugin at any time. By continuing to use the Plugin after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Plugin, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
